  • Linens Provided: Fine quality 400 count cotton linens during summer months and lush flannel sheets and pillow cases for winter, down pillows and comforters as well as down alternative blankets and pillows. Lush towels are also included
  • Garage: One stall of the garage is available to our guests
  • Covered Parking: Covered parking in the breezeway between house and garage area.
  • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: We are one of the only homes on Swan Lake that has our own boat ramp so no need to travel 45 minutes to the boat launch area. We can accommodate parking a trailer in the ramp area. Sorry so room for an RV to be stored.
  • Wood Fireplace: Large wood burning fireplace in the great room. Rental rate does not include firewood
Beds
  • King Bed: King size four poster bed in Master bedroom with top of the line Beauty rest pillow top mattress.
  • Queen Bed (3): Queen size bed in the Main house main floor guest bedroom as well as the upper level and Guest Quarters over the garage.
  • Twin/Single Bed (2): The lower level of the house has a trundle bed that is in the shape of a ski boat that has two twin beds
  • Convertible Bed: Queen size sleeper sofa bed in the great room area
  • Crib: Full size includes bedding (located in main floor guest bedroom adjoining closet area) this bedroom must be ordered for use
  • Portable Pack-n-play small portable crib for infants (stored in the master bedroom closet area)

Amenities for Babies

  Full Size Crib with bumpers in nautical theme located off Main floor Guest bedroom.  The full size crib is located in the adjoining closet area of the main floor guest bedroom.  Sorry but this crib cannot be moved to a different area.  We have a pack-n-play in the master bedroom closet  for guests that would like babies to stay in an alternate bedroom in the house.
